摘要
加强创新创业人才培养是国家对人才培养的重大战略部署,深化创新创业教育改革是培养创新型人才的重要手段,是建设创新型国家的重要举措。该文通过分析现阶段高职院校在大学生创新创业教育方面取得的成效以及存在的问题,提出以产教融合实训基地为载体,改革创新创业人才培养模式,开展产教融合、校企双元育人,以提升汽车专业学生创新创业能力为目标,实现了"三提升""三融合"和"校企双赢"的效果。
Strengthening the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents is a major strategic plan of the country for talent cultivation. Deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important means to cultivate innovative talents and an important measure to build an innovative country. By analyzing the achievements and problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges at the present stage, this paper proposes to reform the training mode of innovation and entrepreneurship talents based on industry education integration training base, carry out industry education integration and school enterprise dual education, so as to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of automobile majors. It has achieved the effect of "three promotion", "three integration" and "win-win between school and enterprise".
