摘要
近年来高校就业形势日益严峻,为了提高就业工作的整体水平,高校积极探索有效的方式指导和服务毕业生就业工作。将焦点解决模式应用于高校毕业生就业指导和服务中,能够提高就业帮扶的实效。该文简要介绍了焦点解决模式,通过分析焦点解决模式应用于高校毕业生就业帮扶工作的可行性,探讨焦点解决模式在高校毕业生就业帮扶工作中的应用。
In recent years,the employment situation in colleges and universities has been severe.Colleges and universities are actively innovating and exploring graduate employment guidance and services.Applying the focus solution model(FSM)to employment guidance and services for college graduates can achieve effective help.The effect of support can effectively improve the pertinence and effectiveness of this work.This article briefly introduces the FSM systematically expounds the feasibility of the FSM applied to the employment assistance work of college graduates and the application of the FSM in the employment assistance work of college graduates.
