摘要
在工程认证背景下,对化学工程与工艺专业分析化学实验中的部分实验项目进行了改革。用碳量子点作为荧光探针,检测配制溶液中的诺氟沙星含量。该项目实施的意义在于:不仅可以让学生掌握荧光测试仪的测试原理、仪器构造以及利用分子荧光光谱法对待测样品进行定性和定量分析等基本知识和仪器操作,还可以让学生了解学科前沿,洞悉学科研究热点,进一步加强节能减排、绿色环保等理念的培养,拓展学生的视野,激发学生对本专业的热爱之情,努力提高学生综合能力,切实做到教学、科研相长。该实验项目的改革完全符合"成果导向、学生中心、持续改进"的工程认证教育理念。
Under the background of engineering certification,some experimental contents in chemical engineering and process specialty analytical chemistry experiments were reformed.Carbon quantum dots were used as fluorescent probes to detect norfloxacin,so that students can master the basic principles of fluorophotometers.Understand the structure of fluorescence spectrophotometer,learn to use molecular fluorescence spectroscopy to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze substances,and also understand the hot spots of science frontiers,establish the concept of energy conservation,green environmental protection,and combine scientific research and teaching to expand students.The vision of the student thus enhances the overall ability of the student.This is also in line with the engineering certification education concept of“results oriented,student center,continuous improvement”.
