新工科背景下电气工程产教融合人才培养模式 被引量:1

Integration of Industry and Education Training Mode of Electrical Engineering under the New Engineering Background

摘要 新工科建设对高等学校人才培养提出了新的要求与挑战,产教融合是其重要建设内容。该文以电气工程专业为例,基于新工科的新要求,以主动对接新产业发展需求为主线,从人才培养目标、课程体系改革、创新创业能力提升以及师资队伍建设等方面探讨了新形势下江南大学以产教融合模式培养电气工程类专业人才的实施经验。 The construction of new engineering brings new requirements and challenges to the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities,and the integration of industry and education is an important part of it.Based on the new requirements,in this paper,taking the new industry development demand as the main line,this paper probes into the implementation experience of the integration of industry and education in the cultivation of electrical engineering talents in the new situation,from different aspects including the goal of talent training,reform of curriculum system,the enhancement of the innovation and entrepreneurship ability and the construction of teaching staff.
