摘要
随着持续深化改革,社会对技能型人才的需求持续增加,但高职院校的人才培养与企业实际需求之间存在一定的脱节,使部分毕业生难以顺利就业或者难以适应工作岗位的需求,“岗课赛证”对技能型人才培养的作用越发凸显。该文以电梯维护与保养课程为切入点,探讨了“岗课赛证”在线课程开展的综合性意义、电梯维护与保养在线课程存在的不足,并结合实践经验,提出了“岗课赛证”融通的在线课程建设的主要策略。
With the continuous deepening of reform,the demand for skilled talents in society continues to increase.However,there is a certain disconnect between the talent cultivation in vocational colleges and the actual needs of enterprises.Some graduates find it difficult to find employment or adapt to the needs of their job positions.The role of“job,course,competition,and certification”in cultivating skilled talents is becoming increasingly prominent.This article takes the elevator maintenance and upkeep course as the starting point,explores the comprehensive significance of the“job,course,competition,and certification”online course,the shortcomings of the elevator maintenance and upkeep online course,and combines practical experience to propose the main strategy for the integration of“job,course,competition,and certification”online course construction.
