摘要
针对现有井下工具供电模块存在输出电压范围较窄、难以满足复杂供电需求等问题,开展了新型智能配产器多级多路供电方法的研究。优选能够适应井下工作环境的电压转换芯片作为供电模块核心器件,开发了一套能够多路稳定供电的供电方案,并通过搭建软件和硬件实验环境对该方案的供电稳定性、驱动能力及通信兼容性进行实验。实验中,该供电方案的各支路电压输出稳定,驱动能力充足,对智能配产器的通信质量无明显影响。实验证明,该方案可以按照预期完成对地面通信模块、井下智能配产器等工具的平稳供电,满足智能配产器的供电需求。
Due to the problems of narrow output voltage range produced by power supply modules in existing downhole tools that have difficulty in meeting complex power supply requirements,a new type of intelligent production distributor with multi-level&multiple power supply methods has been studied.The voltage conversion chip that can adapt to the downhole working environment was selected as the core device of the power supply module,and a set of power supply scheme that could provide multiple methods of stable power supply was developed.The power supply stability,driving capacity and communication compatibility of the scheme were tested by establishing the software and hardware experimental environment.In the experiments,the voltage output of each branch in the power supply scheme was stable,and the drive capacity was sufficient,which had no obvious impact on the communication quality of the intelligent production distributor.Experiments have proved that the scheme can provide the smooth power supply for the ground communication module,downhole intelligent production distributor and other tools as expected,which meets the power supply requirements for the intelligent production distributor.
