致密油水平井地质优化技术探讨

Discussion on geological optimization technology for horizontal wells in tight oil reservoir

摘要 松辽盆地北部大庆榆树林油田树123区块为渗透率低、产能低的致密油储层非常规油气资源。为探索非常规油气规模效益开发的新途径,研究了该区块的水平井地质优化技术。在单层甜点发育区,优选部署井位,确定水平段方位,结合大规模体积压裂,提高砂体控制规模及单井产量,达到最大程度有效开发。以树29-扶平1井为例,结合地质特征,通过优化水平井部署、引入虚拟入靶点技术优化轨迹设计、采用旋转导向技术等关键技术研究,实现设计水平段长达2064.08m,水平段高差达25.5m,钻遇储层段增加385.23m,并对施工难点进行分析,配套相应技术措施,为致密油储层开发提供了技术支撑。 The Shu123 Block of Daqing Yushulin Oilfield in the northern Songliao Basin is the unconventional oil&gas resources in tight oil reservoirs with low permeability and low productivity.In order to explore a new way to develop unconventional oil&gas reservoirs for the large scale benefit development,the geological optimization technology for horizontal wells in this block was studied.In the single-layer sweet spot rich area,the deployment of well positions was optimized and the orientation of horizontal section was determined.By combining with large-scale volume fracturing,the sand body control scale and single well production can be increased to achieve the maximum effective development.Taking Well Shu29-Fuping 1 as an example,on the basis of geological characteristics,the virtual target point technology for optimizing trajectory design was introduced,and the rotational steering and other key technologies were adopted through optimizing the deployment of horizontal wells.The design horizontal section could reach as long as 2064.08m,with a height difference of 25.5m,and the drilled reservoir section length was increases by 385.23m.The analysis of operation difficulties and the adoption of corresponding technical measures provide the technical support for the development of tight oil reservoirs.
