摘要
针对喇嘛甸油田主力厚油层,开展聚合物驱后水驱含油污泥调堵现场试验,旨在探索高效、低成本、环保的调剖工艺。研究以含油污泥为主剂的高强度调堵配方,在降低调堵药剂成本同时减轻污泥处理压力,封堵掉无效循环层,使驱替前缘转向,进一步提高聚合物驱后水驱剩余油动用程度。现场共实施对应调堵4注9采13口井,措施后,注入井在注入量不变的情况下注水压力上升2.1MPa,高渗透层吸水量减少32.66%,低渗透层吸水量增加34.26%;9口采出井与措施前对比,平均单井日产液量相当,日增油量1.9t,含水率下降1.2个百分点,取得了较好措施效果。验证了以无机凝胶为基础、含油污泥为主剂研制的调堵药剂,具有较好的可注性、配伍性和封堵性,为聚合物驱后水驱油层进一步挖潜低渗透剩余油提供技术储备。
The field test of plugging agent with oil-bearing sludge in water flooding wells after polymer flooding was carried out in thick pay zone of Lamadian Oilfield,in order to explore the profile control technology with highefficiency,low-cost and environmental protection.In this study,a high-strength plugging formula with oil-bearing sludge as the main agent was used to reduce both the cost of plugging agent and the pressure of sludge treatment at the same time.It can also block up the ineffective circulation layer,shift the displacement front edge,and further improve the residual oil production in water flooding wells after polymer flooding.A total of 13 wells including 4 injection wells and 9 production wells were tested by the plugging technology in the field.The injection pressure increased by 2.1 MPa,the water absorption decreased by 32.66%in the high permeability layer,and the water absorption increased by 34.26%in the low permeability layer respectively in the injection wells after treatment under the condition of the same amount of injection.Compared with the production before the treatment,the average daily liquid production of 9 production wells is equivalent,with the daily oil increase of 1.9 t and the water cut decrease of 1.2%after treatment good results have been obtained.It is verified that the plugging agent on the basis of inorganic gel and oil-bearing sludge as a main agent has good injectability,compatibility and plugging ability,which provides technical reserves for further tapping the potential remaining oil in low-permeability reservoir by water flooding after polymer flooding.
