松北致密油采油工程一体化方案设计探讨

摘要 当前,大庆油田开发已经全面进入非常规时代,非常规油气成为油田重要的接替资源,产能建设迫在眉睫。由于大庆油田松辽盆地北部致密油藏储层致密,横向不集中,纵向不连续,储层物性及含油性较差,致密油采油井存在产量低、递减快等难题。针对大庆油田致密油效益开发难度大的现状,通过采油工程技术对标,深入分析方案设计面临的难点问题,开展了致密油采油工程一体化方案设计探索研究。采取一体化协同优化设计方法,针对性制定了采油工程技术措施,为提高致密油单井产量、降低方案投资及提升开发效益提供了技术支撑。 At present,the development of Daqing Oilfield has entered the unconventional era,and the unconventional oil and gas have been an important replacement resource in the Oilfield,so the construction of production capacity is urgent.Due to the tight reservoirs in the North Songliao Basin of Daqing Oilfield,whose oil layers are not centralized in the horizontal direction,and discontinuous longitudinally,the physical property and oil-bearing property are poor,there exists the difficulties of low production and the rapid decline rate of tight oil production wells.In order to overcome the difficulties in the efficient development of tight oil in Daqing Oilfield,the integrated scheme design for tight oil production has been explored by means of technical benchmarking of oil production engineering and in-depth analysis of the difficulties faced by the scheme design.The technical measures of oil production engineering have been made by using integrated and cooperative optimization method in design,which could provide technical support for increasing single well production,reduce project investment and improve the development efficiency.
