钻采工程钻井液概算编制方法优化设计

Optimal design of calculation method for drilling fluid budget in drilling and production engineering

摘要 针对钻采工程中钻井液概算费用测算方式相对粗放,导致产能区块钻井液使用总量较大、总体概算成本较高的难题,在对原测算方式进行综合测算与对比的基础上,综合分析影响钻井液概算费用的因素。最终将钻井平台钻井液循环使用、油基钻井液可回收再利用两个重要因素纳入到钻井液概算编制中,最终优化形成了一套新的钻井液概算编制计算方法。以龙虎泡油田X区块为例,采用优化后的计算方法,钻井液概算总费用降低了677.89万元,降幅超过50%,平均单井概算成本降低37.66万元。研究结果表明,优化后的钻井液概算编制计算方法能有效提高钻采工程钻井液概算编制的整体准确性,对实现油田产能投资精细化管控具有一定参考意义。 Due to the estimated cost of drilling fluid in drilling and production engineering was relatively rough,which led to a large total amount of drilling fluid used in production block,and the difficulty of high estimated overall cost of drilling fluid.The factors affecting the estimated cost of drilling fluid were comprehensively analyzed based on the comprehensive calculation and comparison of the original calculation method.Finally,two important factors including drilling fluid reuse and oil-based drilling fluid recycle on the drilling platform were brought into the compilation of drilling fluid budget,and a new set of calculation method for drilling fluid budget was developed.Taking X Block of Longhupao Oilfield as an example,the total estimated cost of drilling fluid has been reduced by 6.7789 million yuan with optimized calculation method,with decrease of more than 50%,and the average estimated cost of single well has been reduced by 376600 yuan.The research results showed that the optimal calculation method for drilling fluid budget could effectively improve the accuracy of drilling fluid budget in the drilling and production engineering,which has certain reference for realizing the fine management and control of productivity investment in oilfield.
