摘要
同孔重复射孔是指射孔弹对某一位置进行连续侵彻,从而达到增加孔深的目的。为提高同孔重复射孔弹性能,开展同孔重复射孔数值模拟研究。基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA的完全重启动功能,研究实现了数值模拟同孔重复射孔侵彻过程,并建立了一套同孔重复射孔数值模拟计算方法。与试验结果对比,模拟穿深结果与试验结果符合率达到85%以上,为同孔重复射孔的方案筛选及优化设计提供了理论指导。
The repeated perforating in the same hole means that the perforating bullet penetrates a certain position continuously,so as to increase the hole depth.In order to improve the performance of the same hole repeated perforating,the numerical simulation of repeated perforating penetration process in the same hole has been carried out based on the full restart function of ANSYS/LS-DYNA,and a set of numerical simulating calculation method for repeated perforating in the same hole has been established.Compared with the test results,it showed that the coincidence rate between the simulated penetration results and the test results was more than 85%,which provided theoretical guidance for the scheme selection and optimal design of the repeated perforating in the same hole.
