摘要
加快科技成果转移转化,促进成果资本化、产业化,对云南转变发展方式、优化经济结构、转换增长动力,推动重点产业发展具有重要意义。通过调研发现,云南部分地区初步形成了成果转移转化体系,专业技术转移转化机构工作取得一定成效,生产企业也主动采取产学研联合方式积极参与科技成果转移转化。针对市场化专业机构和专业人才队伍缺乏、线上平台建设不够等问题,我们应善用外力,加大投入支持力度,壮大专业人才队伍,构建全省纵横联动的成果转移转化体系。
Accelerating the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements,promoting the capitalization and industrialization of results,is of great significance to Yunnan's transformation of development mode,optimization of economic structure,transformation of growth momentum,and promotion of key industries.Through investigation and research,it is found that some areas of Yunnan have initially formed a transfer and transformation system of results,and the work of professional technology transfer and transformation institutions has achieved certain results.Production enterprises have also taken the initiative to actively participate in the transfer of scientific and technological achievements.In view of the lack of market-oriented professional institutions and professional talents,and the lack of online platform construction,we should make good use of external forces,increase investment support,expand the professional talent team,and build a transformation and transformation system for the province's vertical and horizontal linkages.
