摘要
城镇化是当前国家社会发展的总体趋势,其最终目的是统筹城乡经济、实现城乡发展一体化,进而保持社会的和谐安定。随着我国经济社会的快速发展和城镇化进程的不断推进,大量农村土地被征用,越来越多的农民失去土地变成了失地农民。失地农民的再就业问题关乎着城镇化的发展成果和社会的和谐稳定,因此解决好失地农民的就业问题对国家的长治久安具有深远意义。文章通过对当前城镇化背景下南京市江北新区失地农民这一群体的调查研究,分析出失地农民就业存在的一系列问题,并针对性地提出相关的对策及建议。
Urbanization is the overall trend of the current national social development.The ultimate goal is to coordinate urban and rural economies and achieve urban-rural integration,so as to maintain social harmony and stability.With the rapid development of China's economy and society and the continuous advancement of urbanization,a large number of rural land has been requisitioned,and more and more farmers have lost their land and become landless farmers.The problem of reemployment of landless peasants is related to the development of urbanization and the harmony and stability of society.Therefore,solving the employment problem of landless peasants has far-reaching significance for the long-term stability of the country.This paper analyzes a series of problems in the employment of landless peasants through the investigation and study of the landless peasants in the Jiangbei New District of Nanjing in the current urbanization,and proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
