摘要
基于2014年中国劳动力动态调查数据(CLDS),应用OLS模型和有序Logit模型探讨了工作状况对农民工可行能力的影响及其代际差异,并进一步分析了新老两代农民工可行能力差异的原因。得出工作满意度、收入满意度、同事关系、工作兴趣度、他人尊重和是否加班等工作状况对农民工可行能力有显著的影响。收入对农民工的可行能力影响不显著,而收入满意度对农民工的可行能力有显著的正向影响。代际差异方面,新生代农民工可行能力显著受收入满意度和是否加班影响,老一代农民工则显著受是否加班、他人尊重、同事关系和工作兴趣度影响。新生代农民工可行能力低于老一代农民工,其主要原因是新老两代农民工的对比对象和评价标准不同。
Based on the 2014 China Labor Dynamic Survey Data(CLDS),this paper used OLS model and ordered Logit model to investigate the influence of working conditions for Rural-urban Migrants’capability and generational differences and further analyzed the reason for the difference between the new and old two generations of Rural-urban Migrants’capability.The result showed that job satisfaction,income satisfaction,colleagues’relationships,work interests,respected and overtime had a significant impact on Rural-urban Migrants’capability.The impact of income on the capability of Rural-urban Migrants is not significant,but the income satisfaction does.In terms of intergenerational differences,the capability of the new generation of migrant workers is significantly affected by income satisfaction and whether they are working overtime,while the older generation of migrant workers are significantly affected by whether to work overtime,respected,the relationship between colleagues and the degree of work interest.The new generation of Rural-urban Migrants are lower than than the older generation of Rural-urban Migrants,mainly because the comparison objects and evaluation criteria of new and old Rural-urban Migrants are different.
