摘要
目的探究不同级别定点、非定点收治新冠患者医疗机构感染风险点调查,为医疗机构面对重大传染病突发公共卫生事件时,采取感染控制应急措施提供依据和参考。方法陕南三所定点收治医疗机构及两所非定点医疗机构,对比感染性疾病科布局流程、收治患者轻重症、发热患者筛查接待量等医院感染风险点调查。结果三所定点收治医疗机构接收所有新冠确诊患者,每日筛查发热患者数量大等因素,风险是二级医疗机构2倍比例。二级医疗机构的风险主要体现在筛查出全市80%确诊患者。结论三所定点医疗机构院内感染风险体现在收治全市确诊患者,应设置负压病房并规范布局流程的设计。二级非定点医疗机构院内感染风险体现在筛查出全市80%确诊患者,而发热门诊规范设置及防护用品配备是提高其院内感染安全文化重要措施。
objective To investigate the risk points of infecting coronavirus in designated hospitals and non-designated hospitals for patients infected by coronavirus on different levels,which may offer references to implement infection control while health institutes are facing public health emergencies of serious infectious diseases.Methods To implement investigation on risk points by comparing layout and workflow of infectious disease departments and the degree of disease,and the screening number of patients with fever in three designated hospitals and two non-designated hospitals located in the south of Shaanxi.Results For the reason that the three designated hospitals receive all the patients infected by coronavirus and the number of patients with fever is high,the risks in designated hospitals are twice as high as the hospitals of secondary level.The risks of secondary level mainly lies in screening out 80%of confirmed cases.Conclusion The risk for those three designated hospitals mainly lies in receiving the confirmed patients in the city,which ask for setting up negative pressure isolation wards and regulating the layout of workplace and workflow.The risk for non-designated hospitals of secondary level lies in screening out 80%of confirmed cases,and regulating the fever clinics and providing prevention kits is a crucial approach to improve the safe culture of infection control in the hospital.
