摘要
目的探究优质护理在胃肠道手术患者中的应用效果。方法研究对象为我院2018.01至2019.06期间行胃肠道手术患者86例,随机分成甲、乙组,前者行常规护理,后者行优质护理,对比两组切口愈合、术后疼痛情况。结果甲、乙组甲级、丙级愈合率比较,存在差异(P<0.05),而两组乙级愈合率比较,无意义(P>0.05);乙组术后12 h、24 h、49 h、72 h疼痛评分较甲组低(P<0.05)。结论胃肠道手术患者,接受优质护理,效果确切,有助于切合愈合,缓解术后疼痛感,值得推荐。
objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing in gastrointestinal surgery patients.Methods a total of 86 patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital from January,2016 to June,2021 were randomly divided into group A and Group B.The former received routine nursing care,while the latter received high-quality nursing care.Incision healing and postoperative pain were compared between the two groups.Results there was a difference in grade a and grade c healing rate between group a and group b(P<0.05),while there was no difference in grade b healing rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The pain scores of group B at 12 h,24 h,49 h and 72 h after surgery were lower than group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Gastrointestinal surgery patients,receive quality care,the effect is accurate,help to suit the healing,relieve postoperative pain,is worthy of recommendation.
