摘要
目的分析对腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术患者实施术前沟通体位舒适度管理对患者术后的影响。方法随机选取我院收治的120例腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术患者为调查对象,根据其入院顺序分为对照组和观察组,各60例,对照组患者采用腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术传统体位管理,观察组患者增加术前沟通体位舒适度管理,对比两组患者舒适度评分、满意度评分以及术后并发症发生情况。结果调查结果显示,观察组患者舒适度评分、满意度评分均明显高于对照组,并且其并发症发生率也明显低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术患者实施术前沟通舒适度管理能够有效提高患者舒适度,同时对降低其术后并发症发生有积极效果。
Objective To analyze the influence of preoperative communication posture comfort management on patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer.Methods Randomly selected 120 cases of our hospital patients with laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical as investigation object,according to the hospital order divided into control group and observation group,60 cases,control group were treated by traditional laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical position management,increase preoperative communication postures comfort management observation group of patients,comfort score,compared two groups of patients satisfaction ratings and postoperative complications.Results The survey results showed that the comfort score and satisfaction score of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was also significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The management of preoperative communication comfort in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer can effectively improve the comfort of patients,and have positive effects on reducing postoperative complications.
