纯电动汽车动力电池系统一致性诊断与控制方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 纯电动汽车是当下汽车发展的一个大趋势,然而当下纯电动汽车的动力电池系统的一致性诊断与控制水平仍存在一些问题,不能够较好的在全生命内准确的进行动力电池系统的一致性诊断与控制。本文着重研究一种新的纯电动汽车动力电池系统一致性诊断与控制方法,通过结合动力电池系统的充放电次数、最高和最低单体电压位置信息、整车的不同使用工况等信息,综合判断评估动力电池系统的一致性状态,并根据诊断结果进行相应的整车层面的控制处理,以保障动力电池系统的高效安全工作。 Electric vehicles are a general trend in the development of automobiles at present.However,there are still some problems in the consistency diagnosis and control level of the power battery system of electric vehicles,which cannot be diagnosed and controlled accurately in the whole life.This paper studies a new kind of electric vehicle power battery consistency diagnosis and system control method,by combining dynamic monomer battery charge and discharge frequency,maximum and minimum voltage location information,the vehicle information such as the different operating conditions,comprehensive judgement to evaluate the consistency of power battery system state,according to the result of diagnosis and corresponding control of the vehicle level processing,in order to ensure efficient power battery system security.
