摘要
学前的幼儿正处于一个身心发展的重要阶段,在幼儿园的学习生活中,教师的一言一行都会对幼儿产生一系列的影响,故而幼儿教师在教学的过程中,要不断地对自身教学进行一个反思总结,总结关心学生的一言一行,提高教学反思能力,对教师的教学质量与教学能力也是一个良好的提高方法。为此,本文将根据幼儿教师如何提高自身的教学反思能力这一问题,展开一系列的探讨,为幼儿教师以后的教学提供相关教学经验,促进教学水平的提高。
