摘要
社会经济发展推动着教育进步,中小学属于基础教育范畴,对孩子的成长和发展产生的影响不可忽视,学校在教育发展过程中,管理者应该树立反思意识,关注教育管理改进问题,提升教育教学活动水平。本文立足家校合作视角分析中小学管理改进策略,以期助力中小学生的全面发展。
Social and economic development promotes the progress of education.Primary and secondary schools belong to the category of basic education,and the impact on children’s growth and development can not be ignored.In the process of education development,managers should establish a sense of reflection,pay attention to the improvement of education management,and improve the level of education and teaching activities.Based on the perspective of home school cooperation,this paper analyzes the improvement strategies of primary and secondary school management,in order to help the overall development of primary and secondary school students.
