摘要
新课改的背景下,要求高中阶段的学生不仅要掌握知识,还要在德育教育下,树立正确的三观和道德。班主任对于高中阶段的学生来说有着重要的作用。因此,在对班级进行管理时,班主任要从德育的角度出发,向学生传递正确的思想价值观念,培养他们良好的德行。本文对班主任的德育工作理念和方法进行研究,旨在为以后的研究提供一定的参考。
Under the background of the new curriculum reform,high school students are required not only to master knowledge,but also to establish the correct three concepts and morals under moral education. The head teacher plays an important role for high school students. Therefore,when managing the class,the teacher in charge of the class should start from the perspective of moral education,convey the correct ideological values to the students,and cultivate their good morals. This article studies the moral education work concepts and methods of the head teacher,aiming to provide a certain reference for future research.
