摘要
新教师的培养是各国教育界普遍重视的问题,我国的新教师培养有"师带徒"的传统,可以有效的弥补高校教育与实际教学间的差距,很好地解决了两者间存在的问题,是助力新教师快速成长的较好方式。但由于对新教师这个群体的特点和需求还缺乏系统研究,对其支持和帮助不仅缺乏制度上的保证,而且在培养的目标、内容、方式方法和考核等方面还存在很大的盲目性。因此,建立完善的新教师制度和考核制度,并配以相应的保障制度,对于新教师的专业成长有重要作用。
The cultivation of new teachers is a problem that the educational circles of all countries attach great importance to. The cultivation of new teachers in our country has the tradition of "teachers leading apprentices",which can effectively make up for the gap between college education and actual teaching,and solve the problems between them. It is a better way to help new teachers grow rapidly. However,due to the lack of systematic research on the characteristics and needs of new teachers,support and help are not only lack of institutional guarantee,but also have great blindness in training objectives,contents,methods and assessment. Therefore,the establishment of a sound new teacher system and assessment system,together with the corresponding security system,plays an important role in the professional development of new teachers.
