摘要
本文主要论述了广大农村地区的幼儿园教师要认识到挫折能力的培养,对于幼儿身心健康成长的意义,要充分认识到家庭教育在优化幼儿抗挫素养中的重要作用,积极动员家长参与到幼儿抗挫折教育中。从而在家园共同努力下为幼儿创造一个良好的抗挫折能力培养环境,为幼儿积极观念思想的形成与发展奠定坚实的基础。
This article mainly discusses that kindergarten teachers in the vast rural areas should recognize the cultivation of frustration ability and the significance of children’s physical and mental health.They should fully realize the important role of family education in optimizing children’s frustration ability,and actively mobilize parents to participate Early childhood anti-frustration education.Therefore,with the joint efforts of the home,a good environment for the development of anti-frustration ability for children is created,and a solid foundation is laid for the formation and development of positive ideas and thoughts for children.
