用爱照亮“问题幼儿”的星空——全融合教育视角下的思考和实践研究

摘要 在对我园各班级的调研中发现,几乎每个班级都有几个性格孤僻、不合群、攻击性较强的"问题幼儿",这部分幼儿大多持续存在着某些行为的偏差和心理的障碍。在教育过程中,教师一般都比较注重幼儿外在行为的观察和教育,而往往忽视了对他们内在心理的关注。本文从自己的教育经验出发,以一个"问题幼儿"为例,初步探讨了"问题幼儿"形成的原因及帮助他形成健康心理状态的策略。 Jinhua kindergarten Renbao sub Park,Kunshan Economic and Technological Development Zone,Suzhou City,Jiangsu Province In the investigation of each class in our kindergarten,it is found that almost every class has several "problem children" who are withdrawn,uncommunicative and aggressive. Most of these children have some behavioral deviation and psychological barriers. In the process of education,teachers generally pay more attention to the observation and education of children’s external behavior,but often ignore the attention to their internal psychology. Based on my own educational experience and taking a "problem child" as an example,this paper discusses the causes of the formation of the "problem child"and the strategies to help him form a healthy psychological state.
