摘要
自信心对于幼儿的成长发展有着巨大影响,培养幼儿的自信心能够促进幼儿健康积极成长,让幼儿能够展现自我的风采,勇敢地表达自身的想法,并充分抒发情感,从而促使幼儿建立起正确的思想价值观念,形成健全的人格。本文笔者就主要针对幼儿园教育中幼儿自信心的培养进行深入研讨,分析培养幼儿自信心的重要性,找出教学工作中存在的问题,并提出增强幼儿自信心的有效策略,期望能够给学前教育工作的可持续推进提供帮助。
Self-confidence has a huge impact on the growth and development of children.Cultivating children’s self-confidence can promote the healthy and active growth of children,so that children can show their own style,express their own thoughts bravely,and fully express their emotions,so as to encourage children to establish correct ideological values,forming a sound personality.In this article,the author conducts an in-depth discussion on the cultivation of children’s self-confidence in kindergarten education,analyzes the importance of cultivating children’s self-confidence,finds out the problems in teaching work,and proposes effective strategies to enhance children’s self-confidence,hoping to provide preschool education provide help for the sustainable advancement of work.
