摘要
小学生的年纪相对都比较小,因此在学习过程中往往会遇到一定的障碍。良好的班级文化可以帮助小学生提高学习效率。因此,教师需要在班级管理过程中重视班级文化的建设。基于此,本文首先简要分析了小学班级管理工作中建设班级文化的意义,随后分析了小学班级管理中建设班级文化的策略,以供相关人士交流参考。
Primary school students are relatively young,so they often encounter certain obstacles in the learning process.A good class culture can help elementary students improve their learning efficiency.Therefore,teachers need to pay attention to the construction of class culture in the process of class management.Based on this,this article first briefly analyzes the significance of class culture construction in elementary school class management,and then analyzes the strategy of constructing class culture in elementary school class management,for reference by relevant people.
