摘要
小学阶段是一个认识数字的重要阶段。但是在这个时期的小学数学教学中还是有很多问题和不足,教师没有给予足够的引导。小学数学教师应当充分关注班级上的每一个学生,把课堂当作教学艺术施展之所,运用好组织课堂的艺术,让学生的心思完全放到课堂上,在一种欢乐、愉快的气氛里进行教学。文章从现在小学数学课堂中存在的问题出发,对如何组织小学数学课堂教学进行分析和探讨。
