摘要
在新课改下的初中数学教学中,教师仍然面临着学困生转化的难题。教育部新发布的五项管理要求从多个方面引入适合学困生认知与学习的资源,更好转化学困生,提高学生整体的数学水平。新时期的初中数学教学中,教师要有效落实相关帮助转化举措,以便更好地转化学困生,提高教学效果,也为学生以后的学习打好基础。
In the junior middle school mathematics teaching under the new curriculum reform,teachers are still facing the problem of transforming students with learning difficulties.The five management requirements newly issued by the Ministry of education require the introduction of resources suitable for the cognition and learning of students with learning difficulties from many aspects,so as to better transform students with learning difficulties and improve the overall mathematical level of students.In the new period of junior middle school mathematics teaching,teachers should effectively implement relevant measures to help transform students with learning difficulties,improve teaching effect,and lay a good foundation for students’future learning.
