摘要
随着我国教育改革的不断深入,很多新型的教育理念开始运用在了现代教学中。比如,逐渐开始提倡创新教育、素质教育、愉快教育等。面对新的教育理念,初中教师应该正确运用,从而让那些学习能力不是很强的学生能将抽象的数学知识转化为简单的题目,从而达到因材施教的目的。作为教师,有义务、有责任让每个学生健康成长,尤其不能丢下任何一个学困生。为此,本文探讨了教师如何在初中数学教学中有效做到因材施教,以供相关人士参考。
With the continuous deepening of ourcountry’s educational reform,many new educational concepts have begun to be used in modern teaching.For example,gradually began to advocate innovative education,quality education,happy education and so on.In the face of the new educational concept,junior high school teachers should use it correctly,so that those students who are not very capable of learning can convert abstract mathematical knowledge into simple topics,so as to achieve the purpose of teaching students according to their aptitude.As a teacher,we have the obligation and responsibility to let every student grow up healthily,especially not to leave any student with learning difficulties.To this end,this article discusses how teachers can effectively teach students in accordance with their aptitude in junior high school mathematics teaching,for the reference of relevant persons.
