摘要
在新时期小学班主任的管理工作中,班主任作为最重要的指导者和实践者,其管理能力对学生的全面发展具有积极作用。小学班主任要积极联系家长、借助家校合作落实班级学生的思想教育工作、建设良好的班风学风、培养学生综合素养。想要成为一名合格的班主任,必须全面认识自己的言行举止对学生的影响力,进而引导学生养成良好学习习惯和行为习惯,有效借助家校合作助力学生发展。本文从小学班主任班级管理工作的重要性展开分析,对小学班主任班级管理工作的基本原则、管理现状进行了简要说明,同时根据上述问题提出了一系列的解决措施和管理策略,希望对广大小学班主任的班级管理工作有所帮助。
In the management of primary school head teachers in the new era,as the most important instructors and practitioners,their management ability has a positive effect on the overall development of students.Primary school head teachers should actively contact parents,implement the ideological education work of class students with the help of homeschool cooperation,build a good class style and study style,and cultivate students’comprehensive quality.If you want to become a qualified head teacher,you must fully understand the influence of your words and deeds on students,and then guide students to develop good study habits and behavior habits,and effectively use home-school cooperation to help students develop.This paper analyzes the importance of the class management work of the primary school head teacher,briefly explains the basic principles and management status of the primary school head teacher’s class management work,and puts forward a series of solutions and management strategies according to the above problems.I hope it will be helpful to the class management work of the primary school head teachers.
