摘要
素质教育的提出要求教师在教学中要注重学生综合能力的发展,但在初中英语教学中,面对班级中具有差异性特点的学生群体,若想让学生整体具备较强的英语口语能力以及英语写作能力,教师需要采用因材施教的方法,即分层教学法。分层教学法作为充分尊重学生个性化、差异化特点的新型教学方法,将其应用到初中英语教学中,教师可结合学生的实际情况展开教学,这对提升不同层次学生的英语水平具有重要作用。
Quality education requires teachers to pay attention to the development of students’comprehensive ability in teaching.However,in junior middle school English teaching,in the face of students with different characteristics in the class,in order to enable students to have strong oral English ability and English writing ability as a whole,teachers need to adopt the method of individualized teaching,namely stratified teaching method.Stratified teaching method,as a new teaching method that fully respects the personalized and differentiated characteristics of students,is applied to junior middle school English teaching.Teachers can carry out teaching according to the actual situation of students,which plays an important role in improving the English level of students at different levels.
