摘要
在幼儿园教育中,劳动教育具备较高价值,一方面能够提高幼儿自主能力,另一方面能够培养幼儿良好品质,且幼儿的合作意识也能够得到显著提高。合作意识作为幼儿社会性意识当中的重要组成部分,其水平高低会影响幼儿的未来行为导向及团队协作能力。但从目前来看,许多教师在开展幼儿劳动教育时仍存在一定问题,因此,本文从劳动教育以及合作意识的概念出发,阐述了在幼儿园劳动教育中培养幼儿合作意识的重要性,随后分析了目前幼儿园劳动教育中影响幼儿合作意识培养效果的问题,最后基于问题提出了相应解决策略,希望为相关教育工作者提供有价值的参考。
In kindergarten education,labor education has a high value,on the one hand can improve children’s autonomy,on the other hand can cultivate children’s good quality,and children’s sense of cooperation can also be significantly improved.As an important part of children’s social consciousness,the level of cooperative consciousness will affect children’s future behavior orientation and teamwork ability.However,from the current point of view,many teachers still have some problems when carrying out early childhood labor education.Therefore,this paper starts from the concept of labor education and cooperative consciousness,expounds the importance of cultivating children’s cooperative consciousness in kindergarten labor education,and then analyzes the problems affecting the cultivation effect of children’s cooperative consciousness in kindergarten labor education.Finally,based on the problems,the author puts forward the corresponding solutions,hoping to provide valuable reference for the relevant educators.
