摘要
工匠精神是新时期教育体系中重要的精神培养方向,更是新时期对从业者职业精神的必要要求。高职院校作为我国重要的应用技术型人才培养摇篮,对学生工匠精神的培养是高职院校教学工作的重要任务。本文通过对目前高职院校工匠精神培养中存在的问题进行分析,提出高职院校工匠精神培养的有效途径,推动高职院校工匠精神培养工作的质量。
Craftsman spirit is an important spiritual training direction in the education system of the new period,and it is also a necessary requirement for the professional spirit of practitioners in the new period. Higher vocational colleges,as the cradle of cultivating applied technical talents in our country,are the important tasks of teaching in higher vocational colleges to cultivate students’ craftsmanship. Through the analysis of the problems existing in the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the effective ways to cultivate craftsmanship spirit in higher vocational colleges,and promotes the quality of the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit in higher vocational colleges.
