摘要
在小学教育中,孩子们需要更多的是鼓励,小学的学生年纪比较小,他们喜欢得到老师的表扬,家长和教师的称赞是对孩子最大的鼓舞,能帮助学生在学习上更有活力,他们会对学生产生更大的乐趣。所以赏识教育在小学教育阶段是最有效的教学方法,能培养学生的学习兴趣,让学生从小就爱上学习。本文主要探讨赏识教育在小学班级中的应用。
In primary school education,children need more encouragement.Primary school students are relatively young,and they like to be praised by teachers.Praise from parents and teachers is the greatest encouragement to children,which can help students to be more active in learning,and they will have greater fun for students.Therefore,appreciation education is the most effective teaching method in the primary education stage,which can cultivate students’interest in learning and make them fall in love with learning since childhood.This paper mainly discusses the application of appreciation education in primary school classes.
