公共交通对城市的经济、文化、生活有重要的影响。1927年2月,上海法租界开辟21路公共汽车线路。21路行程较长,起点外滩,终点枫林桥(后改打浦桥),成为穿越法租界南北交通的主干线路。21路走向曾多次变动,方便了沿途市民出行。一些小说家也以21路汽车沿线的风貌为灵感,创作了小说中的市井桥段。
Public transport has an important impact on the economy,culture and life of a city.In February 1927,the former Shanghai French Concession opened up the No.21 Bus line with a long distance,which started at the Bund and ended at Fenglinqiao(later,it is changed to Dapuqiao),becoming the main north-south traffic line through the French Concession.In order to provide convenience for the passengers,the direction of the No.21 Bus had been optimized for many times and the sceneries along the line had also been taken by novelists as an inspiration in their works.
