摘要
杭州市新建地铁7号线建设三路站—耕文路站区间隧道工程需下穿运营的地铁2号线建设三路站车站,为保证盾构机顺利穿越车站,需对洞门内土体进行水平MJS施工。在水平MJS施工过程中,对2号线车站采用自动化监测技术,实时监测车站道床水平位移和竖向位移。根据监测数据总结出水平MJS施工期间对地铁车站的影响,采用自动化监测解决特殊工况对地铁车站影响无法进行量化的难点。自动化实时监测不仅节省人力成本、降低劳动强度又能最大限度减少人为测量误差。由于水平MJS施工对车站的影响对比垂直MJS施工的影响实例较少,因此一线施工实例及监测数据有利于总结原有车站变形规律,推进相关技术研究。
The tunnel project from Jianshe Road Station to Gengwen Road Station of Hangzhou Metro Line 7 needs to pass through the station of Jianshe Road Station of Metro Line 2.In order to ensure the smooth passage of the shield machine through the station,it is necessary to carry out horizontal MJS construction on the soil inside the portal.In the process of horizontal MJS construction,automatic monitoring is needed for the station of Line 2 to monitor the horizontal displacement and vertical displacement of the track bed in real time.According to the monitoring data,the influence of horizontal MJS construction on the subway station is summarized,and the automatic monitoring is used to solve the difficulty that the influence of special working conditions on the subway station cannot be quantified.Automatic real-time monitoring can not only save labor cost,reduce labor intensity,but also minimize human measurement errors.Since the influence of horizontal MJS construction on the station is less than that of vertical MJS construction,the first-line construction examples and monitoring data are conducive to summarizing the deformation law of the original station and promoting related technical research.
