基于短电弧放电的铆钉拆卸工具设计

摘要 利用电钻、砂轮等工具拆卸传统小规格铆钉过程中,对切除刀具的硬度有要求且为工件带来了附加应力,易造成工件损伤。为解决了传统拆卸方法的不足,设计了一款基于短电弧放电的铆钉拆卸工具,利用两个电极间产生的电弧能量切除铆钉头部部分,从而实现铆钉的拆卸。试验结果表明:该工具能完成10 mm厚碳钢单面环槽铆钉和6 mm厚铝合金抽芯铆钉的拆卸,效率高且对工件无损伤,为铆钉拆除提供了一种新的方法。 In the process of removing general rivets with small specification by using electric drill or grinding wheel,cutting effect and cutter hardness are required,and it brings additional stress to the workpiece which is easy to cause damage.In order to solve the shortcomings of general removal methods,a rivet removal tool based on short-arc discharge was designed.The arc energy generated between two electrodes is used to cut the head part of the rivet,so as to realize the disassembly of the rivet.The test results showed that the tool can complete the removal of 10 mm thick carbon steel single-side ring groove rivet and 6 mm thick aluminum alloy core-pulled rivet with high efficiency and without damage to workpiece,which provides a new method for rivet removal.
