摘要
为了保护大型超导磁约束核聚变装置关键部件超导磁体的安全,失超故障时需要在磁体电源输出侧短接形成泄能回路,快速转移磁体中储存的巨大能量,带旁路开关磁体电源的可靠快速切换控制非常关键。基于大型超导磁体低扰动、无阻的特点,设计了一套采用全晶闸管的具有旁路开关的三相整流电源,并研制了一套基于移相触发、光纤传输等技术的数字控制系统,满足了失超故障时整流电路和旁路开关的可靠快速切换,且切换时间小于15 ms,同时实现了超导磁体低纹波、低压大电流的供电需求。
In order to protect the safety of superconducting magnet which is the key part of the large-scale superconducting magnetic confinement nuclear fusion device,it is necessary to form an energy leakage circuit in the output side of the magnet power supply in case of quench failure to transfer the huge energy stored in the magnet quickly,reliable and fast switching control of magnet power supply with by-pass switch is very critical.Based on the characteristics of low disturbance and no resistance of large superconducting magnet,a set of three-phase rectifier power supply with by-pass switch using full thyristor is designed,and a digital control system based on phase-shift trigger,optical fiber transmission and other technologies is developed,which satisfies the reliable and fast switching control of rectifier circuit when the quench fault occurs,the switching time is less than 15 ms,and at the same time realizes the low ripple,low voltage and high current power supply demand of superconducting magnet.
