摘要
本文通过综合我院学生参加湖南省职业院校技能大赛的实践经验,探讨职业技能大赛对高职院校食品类专业教师、学生、专业课程改革以及实验实训基地建设的推动作用。
Based on the practical experience of our college students participating in Hunan Vocational College skills competition,this paper discussed the promotion of professional skills competition to the teachers,the students,the reform of food professional courses andtheconstruction of experimental base in higher vocational colleges.
