摘要
职业教育的目的是培养应用人才和具有一定文化水平和专业知识技能的劳动者,职业教育具有促进区域经济发展、实现农村脱贫致富的社会功能。在我国扶贫攻坚战略背景下,民族贫困地区的职业教育应该把服务区域经济社会发展,实施精准扶贫作为一定时期的发展定位。加速建构定向模式培养本土人才、传承创新民族民间文化,完善教育资助政策体系,是民族地区职业教育实施精准扶贫的有效路径。地处边疆的云南省文山州职业院校,在助力民族贫困地区精准脱贫做了很好的探索与实践,发挥应有的作用。
The purpose of vocational education is to train applied talents and workers with a certain level of education and professional knowledge and skills.Under the background of poverty alleviation strategy in China,vocational education in poverty-stricken areas should take serving regional economic and social development and implementing targeted poverty alleviation as the development orientation in a certain period.It is an effective way for vocational education in ethnic minority areas to implement targeted poverty alleviation by accelerating the construction of orientation mode,cultivating local talents,inheriting and innovating national folk culture,and improving the education subsidy policy system.Located in the border area of yunnan province,wenshan vocational college has done a good exploration and practice in helping ethnic poor areas to achieve targeted poverty alleviation,and played its due role.
