摘要
本文探讨《危重症护理学》课程教学中应用标准化病人结合情景模拟教学法对培养重症护理方向学生岗位胜任力的效果。标准化病人结合情景模拟教学法应用到本课程中,有助于培养重症护理方向班学生的临床思维、应变能力、团队合作、自主学习、人文关怀等综合能力,提高岗位胜任力。
This paper discusses the effect of standardized patients combined with situational simulation teaching method in the course of critical care on the training of post competence of students in the direction of critical care.The application of standardized patients combined with situational simulation teaching method in this course is helpful to cultivate the comprehensive abilities of the students in the intensive care direction class,such as clinical thinking,adaptability,teamwork,independent learning,humanistic care,etc.,and improve the post competency.
