基于国际企业人力资源管理的跨文化冲突与管理策略研究 被引量:2

摘要 目前全球化已经成为了当代社会最重要的概念之一,这个概念被大众所熟知。全球化不仅只有文化,它还伴随着经济。曾经因为文化的差异,而导致许多不同国家的人无法真正的进行沟通与融合。而现在大家虽然是不同肤色、不同文化也并不会阻碍沟通发展。当中国加入WTO后,我国对外贸易在不断发展,跨国企业也在不断交流进步。国家对于跨国企业的发展是非常支持的。虽然相互发展会促进经济的全面发展,但随着不停地深入了解,也出现了许多文化、政治的冲突。这其中文化冲突是最明显的。不同国家、不同种族、不同信仰的人们一起交流合作总会发生一些摩擦问题。随着企业的不断发展,企业内部的人力资源管理工作中也体现出了许多的文化冲突。所以面对这些问题的发生,怎样才在全球化大环境下做到处理好人力资源的文化冲突,这一问题显得尤为重要。针对问题的所在提出管理策略研究是本文所要表达的内容。 At present,globalization has become one of the most important concepts in contemporary society,which is well known by the public.Globalization is not just about culture,it’s also about economics.Once because of cultural differences,people from many different countries could not really communicate and integrate.Now,people of different colors and cultures do not hinder communication.After China’s accession to the WTO,China’s foreign trade is constantly developing,and multinational enterprises are also constantly communicating and making progress.The state is very supportive of the development of transnational enterprises.Although mutual development promotes overall economic development,many cultural and political conflicts arise with the continuous deepening of understanding.The culture clash is the most obvious.When people of different countries,RACES and faiths come together to communicate and cooperate,there will always be some frictions.With the continuous development of enterprises,there are many cultural conflicts in the internal human resource management.Therefore,in the face of these problems,how to deal with the cultural conflicts of human resources in the context of globalization is particularly important.To propose management strategy research is the content of this paper.
