摘要
高职教育作为类型教育,在人才培养模式上进行了不断的改革和发展。落实应用型人才的创新创业能力培养,作为当前高职教育改革的重中之重,需要广大教育工作者继续深入全面系统的探索和研究。为了形成一套行而有效、可复制易操作的双创能力具体培养方法,从目标定位、培养过程、管理机制和评价方法等四个方面存在的现状入手,在不断实践不断完善的过程中,提炼出了"232"式创新创业能力培养范式。范式的探索和研究,为双创教育的改革发展探索立之有据、行之有效的培养路径,可以为其他高职院校的双创培养提供参考和指导。
The talent training mode of higher vocational education has been constantly reformed and developed.To carry out the training of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of applied talents,educators need to study the education reform comprehensivly and systematically,which is one of the most important task in the current higher vocational education.A reproducible,effective and easy to operate specific training methods of entrepreneurship and innovation ability named "232" paradigm is extracted,based on the continuous practice and improvement starting from the current situation in four aspects,including target positioning,training process,management mechanism and evaluation method.Paradigm provides a valid and effective training path for entrepreneurship and innovation education,and it can offer other higher vocational colleges reference and guidance.
