摘要
学风问题是当前高职院校教育和管理工作的重点之一。为了解高职院校的学风现状,本研究对南京城市职业学院学风进行调查,分析当前高职院校学风现状及其影响因素。结果表明:学风评价与教学评价、学校整体评价相互影响、相互制约;学风满意水平在年级、学院和生源类型上没有差异;专业认同、学习方法、未来规划与学风水平呈显著正相关关系。基于此,高职院校要激发学生学习动力,提升专业认同度,对学生给予学习方法指导,校园内营造良好的学习氛围,构建优良学风。
The study style is one of the education and management key points of the current higher vocational college.In order to understand the current situation of the study style in higher vocational colleges,this research investigates the study style in Nanjing City Vocational College and analyzes the current state of study style in higher vocational colleges and influencing factors.The results show that the assessment of academic style,teaching evaluation,and overall school evaluation influence and restrict each other.Excellent study style can promote teaching satisfaction and improve the overall evaluation of the school.There is no difference in academic style satisfaction level in terms of grade,college,and student type.Students who enter the school in different grades,different disciplines,and in different ways have basically the same view on academic style satisfaction level.Professional identity,learning methods,and future planning have a significant positive correlation with the level of academic style.Higher vocational colleges should stimulate students’motivation,enhance professional recognition,give students guidance on learning methods,create a good learning atmosphere on campus,and build a good style of study.
