摘要
阐述了工业安全仪表的发展现状,结合温度量输入安全栅软、硬件设计和IEC61508中1~7部分及IEC60079等标准的要求,提出一种具有SIL2等级的安全栅开发设计流程。
With the frequent occurrence of industrial safety accidents,the State Administration of work safety issued No.116 document.In the field of petrochemical industry safety,issued higher safety requirements for measuring instruments and control systems.This paper describes the development status and technical capability of industrial safety instruments,combined with the design of temperature input safety barrier software and hardware and the standard research of IEC61508 Part 1~7 and IEC60079 series,a safety barrier development and design process with SIL2 level and in line with the requirements of intrinsic safety and explosion protection is proposed.
