摘要
COP15大会是一场对技术要求极高的会议,它是全球范围的双向多方网络实时会议,具有复杂的公共信号采编播需求,同时主办方、承办方等多方牵头的运作方式也加大了会议的技术难度。这些需求背后是一套庞大、复杂的网络、电视、通信等专业系统支撑群。基于此,详述支撑COP15大会的各个技术系统,阐述不同系统之间如何串联协调工作。
COP15 conference is a conference with high technical requirements.It is a global two-way multi-party network real-time conference with complex public signal acquisition,editing and broadcasting requirements.At the same time,the operation mode led by the organizers and organizers also increases the technical difficulty of the conference.Behind these needs is a set of huge and complex professional system support groups such as network,television and communication.Based on this,this paper describes in detail the various technical systems supporting the COP15 conference,and expounds how different systems work in series.
