摘要
本文介绍了一种液冷系统,按标准插箱尺寸设计,可安装在标准机柜内部,用于电子机柜冷却,系统采用蒸汽压缩制冷方式,为液冷插箱提供预定温度、流量、压力的冷却液,提高电子器件的稳定性和可靠性。实验表明:该液冷系统的制冷量>2800 W,供液流量>8 L/min,供液压力>0.28 MPa,满足应用要求,系统具有体积小、重量轻、换热效率高、使用便捷等特点。
This paper introduced a liquid cooling system for standard electronic cabinet,the liquid cooling system designed according to the dimension of standard subrack,was sure to be installed inside the standard electronic cabinet.Steam compression refrigeration was used to provide the liquid cooled subrack with a predetermined temperature,pressure and flow of coolant,the stability and reliability of electronic equipment were improved.The experiment results show that the cooling capacity of liquid cooling system is greater than 2800 W,the supply flow is greater than 8 L/min,the supply pressure is greater than 0.28 MPa.The system can meet application requirement with small volume,light weight,high exchange efficiency and easy to operate.
