摘要
历史上,大学与国家的发展紧密联系、相互促进。随着我国综合国力的不断提升,大学在我国经济社会建设各领域中也必将发挥更为关键的作用。为此,我们需要更多立足于"双一流"建设实践、关注并服务于国家政策需求、在理论和方法上充分体现科学性的高等教育研究,总结和探索中国特色世界一流大学建设模式,从而为我国建设高等教育强国提供学术上的支撑。这正是创办《大学与学科》这本杂志的初衷所在。
Historically,the development of universities and a country was inseparably interconnected.With the continuous elevation of China’s comprehensive strength,universities will play a more critical role in our economic and social construction.To this end,we need more researches in higher education that focus on the practice of the Double World-Class Initiative,pay attention to and serve the needs of national policies,and highlight scientificity both theoretically and methodologically.In this way,we can summarize and explore a build-up model of world-class universities with Chinese characteristics,and then provide academic support to the strategic goal of becoming a great power in higher education.This is exactly the original aspiration of Universities and Disciplines.
