摘要
应用经济学是"经世济民"之学,是与社会经济实践联系最为密切的学科,对服务国家重大战略、促进区域经济发展、推动产业转型升级、改善民生福利等具有重要意义。中华人民共和国成立后,特别是改革开放以来,应用经济学学科为推动中国经济社会发展和全面建成小康社会做出了重要贡献。随着中国开启全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程,应用经济学学科迎来新的发展机遇,同时也将肩负更大的责任和使命。本文将回顾应用经济学学科的演进脉络,就应用经济学一级学科博士学位授权点分布状况和应用经济学自主设置二级学科情况及特点进行分析,并对应用经济学学科发展前景进行展望,对应用经济学学科未来发展提出若干建议。
As a branch of learning on"how to administer the world to benefit the people",Applied Economics is closely related to the social and economic practice and is of great significance to serve major national strategies,facilitate regional economic development,promote industrial transformation and upgrading,and improve people’s livelihood and welfare.Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,especially since the reform and opening up,Applied Economics has been making great contributions to promoting China’s economic and social development and building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.With China embarking on a new journey of building a socialist modernized country in an all-round way,Applied Economics will embrace new development opportunities and shoulder greater responsibilities and missions.This paper reviews the evolution of Applied Economics,and analyzes the distribution of the first-level discipline points authorized to deliver doctoral degree programs as well as the situation and characteristics of second-level disciplines independently set up under Applied Economics.In addition,it prospects the development of Applied Economics,and proposes some suggestions for the future development of Applied Economics.
