摘要
当前,数字经济正在成为重组全球要素资源、重塑全球经济结构、改变全球竞争格局的关键力量,与数字经济迅猛发展形成鲜明对比的是数字经济创新人才的供给不足。本文分析了当前数字经济人才需求现状和数字经济创新人才培养存在的问题,提出要持续更新数字经济人才培养的教育教学理念、优化学科布局、加强教师队伍数字能力建设、促进产学研深度融合,不断提升人才培养水平,培养更多能够胜任并引领数字经济的创新人才。
At present,the digital economy is becoming a key force of reorganizing global factor resources,reshaping the global economic structure and changing the global competition pattern.In sharp contrast to the rapid development of the digital economy,there is a lack of innovative talent for the digital economy.After analyzing the current demand for talent in the digital economy and the problems existing in the training of innovative talent for the digital economy,this paper proposes that we should constantly update the educational and teaching ideas of talent cultivation for the digital economy,optimize the discipline layout,strengthen the digital capacity building of teachers,and promote the deep industry-university-research integration,so as to constantly improve the talent training and cultivate more innovative talent who can be competent and lead the digital economy.
